The Kentucky Wildcats got some good news on Wednesday night when 3-star 2018 CB Stanley Garner committed to the program.

Garner, a Florida native, had whittled down his list to just three schools heading into his commitment ceremony — Alabama, Louisville and Kentucky.

Ultimately, he decided he was going to go to Lexington, pledging his allegiance to the Wildcats:

According to the 247Sports composite, Garner is the No. 46 cornerback in the class of 2018 and the No. 74 overall recruit from the state of Florida.

Kentucky now has 17 players in its 2018 class, which currently ranks No. 5 in the SEC and No. 20 nationally.
