Godchaux was booked Monday morning for false imprisonment and domestic abuse battery/child endangerment. The defensive lineman allegedly pulled his girlfriend’s hair — whilst preventing her from leaving the apartment with their 10-month old baby.
Interim head coach Ed Orgeron has suspended Godchaux indefinitely due to the event. He remains suspended at this time — although with the charges being dropped, one would think Godchaux will be back sooner than later. This would be a boon for LSU — considering Godchaux is arguably the most talented defensive lineman on the team.
