LSU DB Kristian Fulton suffered a shoulder injury late in the Tigers’ narrow win at Arkansas on Saturday night.

Now, it looks like that injury may be a bit more serious than originally thought, and may end up keeping him out for the rest of the regular season.

During his Wednesday night radio show, coach Ed Orgeron said he doesn’t think Fulton is going to be able to return for a while:

LSU reporter Brody Miller said he’s heard Fulton may be out until the Tigers’ bowl game, if he’s even able to return by then:

Fulton had 25 tackles, an interception and a team-high nine passes defended this season, so his absence will certainly be felt.

The Tigers close the season against Rice this weekend and then at Texas A&M. Whether or not Fulton is ready to go by the time bowl season rolls around remains to be seen.
