LSU lost a player due to transfer on Thursday.

Fullback Bry’Kiethon Mouton announced via Twitter that he would be moving on from the Tigers’ program.

“After talking with my family I decided that I will be transferring & continuing my education elsewhere,” he said.

Mouton also went on to thank not only current head coach Ed Orgeron for giving him a chance to play at LSU, but also gave thanks to former Tigers coach Les Miles.

Mouton, who is a junior out of Lafayette, La., has received moderate playing time during his career in Baton Rouge.

He’s played in 15 games and owns six career starts, according to the LSU football website. Mouton scored his first career touchdown on a two-yard run against Jacksonville State in 2016.

He was rated as a 3-star prospect in the class of 2015.
