LSU running back Kenny Hilliard will miss the rest of the regular season with a should injury, according to multiple reports on Friday. Hilliard, a senior, has reportedly not been ruled out for a potential bowl game. The injury was first reported by the Associated Press.

The senior will miss Saturday’s game at Arkansas (4-5, 0-5) and a Nov. 27 at Texas A&M. He finishes the regular season with 431 yards and 6 touchdowns. He started six games and is LSU’s third-leading rusher for the year.

Earlier this week, coach Les Miles was vague on Hilliard’s status, saying Wednesday he wasn’t sure if Hilliard practiced and said he likely wouldn’t be ready for Saturday’s game.
