Dan Mullen proud of 'intensity' after halftime in 45-7 win over Kentucky
Dan Mullen spoke to reporters after Mississippi State’s 45-7 win over Kentucky on Saturday in which quarterback Nick Fitzgerald had three touchdowns.
The Bulldogs improved to 5-2 overall and 2-2 in the SEC, while Kentucky fell to the same record.
Fitzgerald had a game-high 115 yards and became the sixth SEC quarterback to rush for more than 2,000 yards in his career.
Mississippi State returns to action next week at Texas A&M.
