What Dan Mullen said after Mississippi State's 35-10 win over BYU
On the strength of four touchdowns from quarterback Nick Fitzgerald, Mississippi State coasted over BYU on Saturday. It was a bounce back game following a bye week and two straight blowout losses.
Mullen’s team used 306 rushing yards and 241 passing from Fitzgerald as the Bulldogs passed the 500-yard mark for the third time this season.
Mississippi State improved to 4-2. The Bulldogs play host to Kentucky next week.
After the game, Mullen met with reporters to discuss the victory.

Mullen said he's disappointed in some of the sloppiness – penalties, missed tackles – but pleased overall.
