Mississippi State just landed its third commitment of the 2021 recruiting cycle as in-state athlete Kadarius Calloway has announced his pledge to Joe Moorhead’s program.

The 6-foot-1, 195-pound Philadelphia, Miss., native is a standout defensive back and receiver for Philadelphia High School and joins a 2021 recruiting class for Mississippi State that already includes receivers Deion Smith of Jackson and Shaquon Anderson-Butts of Lackawanna Community College.

Calloway does not yet have a recruiting ranking over at 247Sports.

The Philadelphia prospect announced his commitment with the following statement on Wednesday.

“I wanna thank God for blessing me with this ability without him nothing is possible. Also, I wanna thank my family, my coaches and friends for supporting me and staying by my side through this difficult process. I’m very thankful for the other schools who gave me an opportunity and seeing potential in me. After a long talk with my family, I will be recommitting to Mississippi State Unversity. #HailState”
