On Wednesday evening, 2017 OT prospect Montravious Richardson announced his commitment to Dan Mullen and the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Standing at 6-foot-7, 300 pounds, the Albany, Ga. native selected MSU over an offer from Georgia State, and interest from Oregon State and West Virginia.

One can’t teach size, and Richardson has it in droves. Combine that with his overall length, and there’s a lot to work with. A redshirt year is likely needed in order to get stronger. However, there’s certain upside here.

Richardson became the 18th commitment for the MSU 2017 recruiting class.
