MSU assistant AD Bill Martin's LSU national championship rings stolen
Mississippi State assistant athletic director Bill Martin, a former football staff at LSU during the Tigers’ 2003 and 2007 national championship seasons, didn’t have the best weekend.
His Bulldogs lost at Texas A&M and when he arrived back in Starkville, he came home to a house ransacked by thieves.
Martin’s LSU championship rings were gone. Early Sunday, Martin, an LSU alum, tweeted about the incident:
Whoever robbed my house while I was gone on road trip and took my LSU championship rings, I will find you. You can take tv but not history
— Bill Martin (@MSUBillMartin) October 4, 2015
We hope Martin’s rings are returned.
