WATCH: 53-year-old Rafael Palmeiro hits home run in first indy-league appearance
It appears Rafael Palmeiro is quite the ageless wonder.
The former Mississippi State baseball player recently notched a home run in his first independent-league appearance for the Cleburne Railroaders. That’s even more impressive when you consider Palmeiro is 53-years-old.
Palmeiro has not played in the major leagues since 2005.
Check out the video of his homer via Dom Izzo of WDAY Sports6 in North Dakota.
