The Missouri Tigers love sending WR Emanuel Hall deep, where he consistently gets behind the safeties and catches long touchdowns.

However, he’ll be doing that less often in new OC Derek Dooley’s offense (though he’ll still get plenty of deep work, most likely). That means Hall is going to have to prove he’s more than just a deep threat.

Hall can’t wait to get started on that, and he recently discussed one of his biggest goals. Per the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Hall wants to catch a slant route over the middle and take it all the way to the end zone:

“I really want to take a slant like 70 yards, man,” he said. “That’s one of my big goals. I haven’t done that my whole career.”

Obviously, that’s Hall saying he wants to show he can make moves after the catch instead of just using his speed to get by defenders on go routes.
