The University of Alabama has suffered its second decommitment of the day.

Three-star tight end Brendan Scales flipped his commitment to Missouri Tuesday night, according to multiple reports.

The Ballwin, Missouri, native had been committed to Alabama since April 17, 2015, but the Tigers were able to secure his commitment the night before National Signing Day. Flipping Scales is a big-time move for new head coach Barry Odom.

Scales is rated as the country’s No. 17 tight end and the state of Missouri’s No. 2 overall prospect, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
