For some, there are no days off when it comes to offseason training – even Fourth of July weekend.

Former Ole Miss tight end Dawson Knox shared a fun video Sunday showing he and former Rebels quarterback Jordan Ta’amu getting in training time while out on the water. In the brief clip of the pair on jet skis, Knox manages to ride under a long ball from Ta’amu and haul it in.

Knox completed his rookie NFL season in 2019, playing in 15 games, including 11 starts, for the Buffalo Bills. He caught 28 passes for 388 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Ta’amu signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in April after a strong showing in the XFL. In 5 games for the St. Louis BattleHawks, Ta’amu was 97-of-134 (72 percent completion) for 1,050 yards, 5 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. Ta’amu also ran the ball 41 times for 217 yards and a TD.
