Earlier this month, Ole Miss RB Jarrion Street announced his intention to transfer away from the Rebels program, citing a desire to find more playing time.

On Saturday, he announced on his Twitter page that he had found a new school and will spend his final two seasons there.

As you can see below, Street is planning to head to UAB and suit up for the Blazers, who play in Conference USA, starting in 2018:

Street played in eight games as a special-teams player in 2017 and made 10 tackles. He also appeared on special teams as a true freshman in 2016.

Due to the NCAA sanctions handed down to Ole Miss recently, Street will likely try to petition the NCAA to grant him permission to play right away.

However, if he’s not granted a waiver, he’ll have to sit out next season before playing his final two years of eligibility.
