Memphis LB takes back tweet bragging about Robert Nkemdiche concussion
For Ole Miss, last year’s game against Memphis was more than just a tough loss. The team suffered a major scare when Robert Nkemdiche, playing offense, left the field with a concussion after taking a hard hit from Tigers LB Jackson Dillon.
On Friday, Dillon tweeted a shot of Nkemdiche down on the field with the caption “Not only do I knock them out. I pick which play. #GTG Beat Ole Miss”. The tweet has since been taken down, but Red Cup Rebellion captured a screenshot:
After a negative reaction, Dillon deleted the tweet and said it was taken the wrong way.
People took my tweet the wrong way. I have the upmost respect for Robert, he plays on Sunday's and I'll be sitting on the couch tomorrow.

Sorry tiger nation, y'all know this isn't me. Just ready to get back on the field. No more talk from me.
