Fresh off a trip to Super Bowl 50, the Carolina Panthers are eager to get back to work this season. But, before the 2016 schedule starts, they’re taking care of some of the players who helped get them to the big game.

On Friday, LT Michael Oher received a three-year, $21.6 million contract extension. Upon hearing the news, several Panthers players had some fun with Oher, who was the subject of the 2009 film “The Blind Side,” chronicling his rise from poverty to Ole Miss and eventually a first-round selection in the 2009 NFL Draft.

Some of his fellow Carolina offensive linemen trolled Oher with some GIFs from the movie on Twitter:

With $9.5 million guaranteed in his new deal, Oher will be laughing all the way to the bank.

Now, though, he needs to get to work protecting Cam Newton’s blind side.
