Ole Miss fans go crazy as 86-year-old fan makes 94-foot putt to win a new car
Saturday wasn’t a great night for the Ole Miss basketball team or its fans, as the Rebels lost 103-78 to Alabama in Oxford.
However, fans were treated to one moment of pure excitement, though. It didn’t have anything to do with the game itself, but it was still exciting.
As you can see in the video below, an Ole Miss fan got the chance to win a new car if she made a 94-foot putt from the opposite end of the court. And, of course, she absolutely nailed it:
94 Feet? No problem.

Here’s the best part of today’s game in The Pavilion. Congrats to this lady and a sincere “thank you” for giving us something to smile about. #HottyToddy pic.twitter.com/IobsTD79zE

That was about as perfect of a putt as anyone could have hoped for, and now she has a new car for her efforts.
Sadly, it didn’t spark an Ole Miss comeback, so the fans didn’t get to see the home team win on Saturday night.
