Georgia WR Kenneth Towns was honored on Senior Day during 2015, and the expectation was that he had played his last down for the Bulldogs.

But according to a report from Georgia beat writer Marc Weiszer, Towns is returning for one more season in 2016.

Weiszer reports that Towns was featured on the Bulldogs spring football roster, and he confirmed with team officials that it signified his return to exhaust his final year of eligibility this season.

According to the report, Towns suffered a broken bone in his foot during bowl practice and his availability for spring practice is unknown.

At 6-3 and 202-pounds, Towns will bring both size and game experience to the Bulldogs receiving corps next season.

He appeared in 11 games last season, and has 11 career receptions, including two touchdowns.
