During the second quarter of Monday’s Camping World Independence Bowl versus North Carolina State, Vanderbilt RB Ralph Webb achieved quite a feat.

The junior rusher out of Florida etched his name into the Commodores’ record books — as he accrued the record for the most rushing yards in a single season. He bested Zac Stacy’s previous mark of 1,193 yards.

Heading into the contest, Webb had 1,172 yards. He’s already set the school record for most rushing yards in program history — and can now attach his name to another mark.

It remains to be seen whether Webb will indeed skip his senior season in favor of entering the 2017 NFL Draft. With that said, he’ll likely go down as the best running back to ever play at the school.
