Former Ole Miss DB and current Pittsburgh Steeler Senquez Golson just can’t seem to catch a break.

He injured his foot at practice yesterday and was carted off the field, and following the practice, head coach Mike Tomlin didn’t think it was too serious.

However, according to a report from Aditi Kinkhabwala, Golson could miss 12 weeks with a lisfranc injury. The injury happens when one or more of the metatarsal bones are displaced from the tarsus. Sounds painful.

To make matters worse, Golson missed the 2015 season due to a shoulder injury.

He was a second round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft and played four years at Ole Miss. The Steelers signed him to a $4 million contract, with $2.2 million guaranteed.
