Two months after entering his name in the NCAA transfer portal Tavin Richardson has found a new home.

During his career in Lexington, the former Kentucky receiver caught 49 passes for 645 yards and one touchdown but following the program’s outstanding 2018 season, he decided it was in his best interest to finish his collegiate career elsewhere. We now know where that Richardson has chosen Marshall as his new home as the receiver announced his decision over the weekend.

On Sunday, Richardson tweeted out he had found a “new home” and currently lists himself as a Marshall commit. Richardson is a graduate transfer and will be eligible to play immediately for the Thundering Herd next season.

Richardson started 11 games for the Wildcats last season and appeared in all 13 games. The Duncan, S.C., native signed with Kentucky as a three-star member of the team’s 2015 recruiting class.
