Jaason Lewis was thought to be heading to the SEC a few months ago. Tennessee, to be exact.
But the four-star Virginia native chose UCLA in early February and that was that … until now. Lewis told Rivals.com he has pulled back on his commitment. Interestingly, he landed scholarship offers from Georgia and LSU just this past weekend, and the Volunteers, Florida and Ole Miss also offered in recent months. Lewis is a four-star prospect overall, but some services actually have the 6-foot-3, 235-pound WR/RB/DB on the fringe of a five-star ranking.
“It was a family decision to decommit … I’m open to everyone. I’ll listen to schools like UCLA, Miami, Florida, Arizona State, Georgia and everyone,” Lewis told the website.
