So far so good: Aggies have nation’s No. 1 group for 2015

It may be a year before these guys can sign with a school, but it’s so far so good for Texas A&M when it comes to the class of 2015.

Alabama can step aside, at least so far.

The Aggies have the No. 1 class in the land so far for the class of 2015, the current juniors in high school. Yes, this is majorly overshadowed by what is going on with the senior class–which signs next week. Late this week, the Aggies just landed Larry Pryor, a four-star defensive back out of Sulphur Springs (Texas). Earlier this week, they got four-star offensive lineman Trevor Elbert.

That gives the Aggies seven junior commitments. All of them are four-star rated or better, led by stud DT Daylon Mack out of Gladewater (Texas). All seven are from Texas.

All seven are rated top 200 national prospects. Here’s a look at how they stack up:

No. 11 Daylon Mack, DT

No. 62 Rodney Anderson, RB

No. 86 Larry Pryor, DB

No. 109 Jay Bradford, RB

No. 113 Trevor Elbert, OL

No. 116 Jordan Davis, TE

No. 173 Justin Dunning, DB
