Leo Lewis, a linebacker out of Brookhaven (Miss.), was the biggest mover among SEC targets in the newest installment of the 247Sports.com national composite rankings.
Lewis is a four-star prospect who has scholarship offers from Alabama, Mississippi State, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Texas A&M–and he landed an Auburn offer Thursday. Something must have impressed the analysts too because he was the biggest riser among SEC targets, moving up nine spots in the ranking to be the No. 87 overall prospect in America. It is going to be very hard for the Bulldogs and Rebels to keep this Mississippi stud close to home.
“It’s an honor but it doesn’t mean too much to me because it doesn’t affect the way I play on the field,” Lewis told Saturday Down South this week.
