Alabama holds steady with nation’s No. 3 class of 2015

Don’t be surprised if Alabama lands a few new recruits this weekend during junior day and pushes past No. 2 LSU or No. 1 Texas A&M in the national rankings. If the Crimson Tide get the right combination of commitments, it could happen.

What’s impressive about Alabama’s 2015 class so far is only two of them are in-state players. Georgia has been the biggest hotbed so far with three prospects, while Louisiana and Texas have also been tapped. This is vastly important for the Crimson Tide, who can’t win national titles with just in-state talent. Also, all seven of their commitments are national top 300 players, another impressive feat.

Here’s a look at the seven players who have committed to the Crimson Tide as part of the class of 2015.
