Earlier this week, Kentucky added its sixth commitment of 2015–and its fourth in 72 hours–when in-state offensive guard Mason Wolfe made it official and came on board with the Wildcats.
Wolfe is a three-star, 6-foot-7, 280-pound lineman. He was the third huge linemen to come aboard since Saturday, joining 6-foot-6, 330-pound Alabama native Logan Stenberg and 6-foot-8, 300-pound Ohio native Larry Wells. Obviously, it was an especially gratifying set of additions on the line.
“I believe this will be an even better recruiting class than last year,” Stenberg told Saturday Down South after committing. “I like that Coach Stoops and Coach (John) Schlarman are both down-to-earth family guys but are also great coaches and know the game better than anybody I’ve ever met. The coaches said they loved my size and how quick I was on my feet, considering my size. And they loved my grades.”
