Arkansas got one of its top commitments of the 2014 class when offensive tackle Brian Wallace declared for the Razorbacks at the U.S. Army All-American game–a recruiting victory over Alabama, who also originally coveted the tackle.

Wallace had three hats in front of him: Arkansas, Alabama and Iowa. He is a 6-foot-6, 290-pound prospect out of St. Louis, Mo., and he is ranked the No. 118 prospect in the country overall.

“I will be taking my talents to the University of Arkansas,” Wallace said during the televised announcement. “When I get to school, I would just say (I’ll work on) my size and speed and I want to improve my technique.”

"Thank you for making it so easy to keep up with my team.

  1. Hmmmm…I guess he thought he couldn’t make the lineup at Mizzou especially with Andy Bauer coming in.
