The SEC has a long and storied history, dating back to its inaugural football season in 1933. Just as importantly, the conference’s members have a long and storied history of beating up on each other.

The 10 remaining charter members — Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Tennessee — have all played more than 500 conference games, while Arkansas and South Carolina are up to 184 SEC games each since joining the conference in 1992.

Of the teams that have been around for more than three years, Alabama and Tennessee are the only two schools to have won more than 60 percent of their games (Missouri has won two-thirds of its games since joining in 2012). Alabama has the most conference wins and most SEC games played, at 381 and 576, respectively, while Tennessee has the second-most wins at 325 in 536 conference games, which puts them sixth.

Six of the charter members have records above .500 throughout SEC history, as do the two most recent additions, Mizzou and Texas A&M. Three teams — Vanderbilt, Kentucky and Mississippi State — have won fewer than one-third of their SEC games, while Arkansas, Ole Miss and South Carolina all check in at sub-.500 records as well.

Take a look at the table below to see each team’s all-time SEC record.
