Recruit will let Russell Athletic Bowl determine where he attends college
When West Virginia and Miami meet up in the Russell Athletic Bowl on Wednesday, Dec. 28, they’ll have more than just a bowl trophy on the line.
Three-star 2017 WR Michael Harley, a Florida native, will attend whichever school manages to win the game:

It’ll be interesting to see if Harley sticks to his word and actually follows through with his promise to commit to the winning school.
According to 247Sports, Harley is the No. 50 wide receiver in the class of 2017 and the No. 48 overall recruit from the state of Florida.
Harley also considered SEC schools Mizzou, Mississippi State, Kentucky and South Carolina during his recruiting process.
