The SEC had to make a scheduling audible this week.

Because of the terrible flooding in and around Columbia, South Carolina, SEC executives moved the LSU-South Carolina game from Williams-Brice Stadium to Baton Rouge and LSU’s Tiger Stadium. This caused a kickoff and television change, too. The teams were originally set to play at noon, but, after counseling with ESPN management, the SEC pushed back kickoff to 3:30 p.m. ET. The game will still air on ESPN.

In addition to the cooperation of both schools, the conference and the network, this move was also made possible because of a relatively quiet week in the SEC. There are only six games this week, with Auburn, Kentucky, Vanderbilt and Texas A&M off on byes. There is still plenty of action, though, including Arkansas looking to upset Alabama and two division battles that could determine the fate of the SEC East.

Here is today’s schedule and TV listings for the SEC:

  • Ole Miss vs. New Mexico State, noon ET, SEC Network
  • South Carolina at LSU, 3:30 p.m. ET, ESPN
  • Georgia at Tennessee, 3:30 p.m. ET, CBS
  • Mississippi State vs. Troy, 4 p.m. ET, SEC Network
  • Arkansas at Alabama, 7 p.m. ET, ESPN
  • Florida at Missouri, 7:30 p.m. ET, SEC Network
