Every week throughout the season, we’ll provide some of the best highlights of the SEC’s top commits and targets from Friday night. We aim to catch the best plays of the high school week.

The conference stacks up very well in the recruiting rankings, with four of the top 10 classes and nine of the top 25 classes, according to 247Sports.

SEC Commits

Shea Patterson, QB, Ole Miss commit (Bradenton, FL): Patterson is the No. 1 player in the country, according to Rivals.com, and he’s off to a hot start for the IMG Academy. Patterson’s quick release and accuracy always jumps out, and he’s a future star in the SEC.

Feleipe Franks, QB, LSU commit (Crawfordville, FL): Franks is one of the most physically gifted quarterbacks in the recruiting class. He’s big and athletic and has a very strong arm. Watch Franks deliver a big-time throw on this 30-yard touchdown pass.

Eli Stove, WR, Auburn commit (Niceville, FL): Stove makes big-time plays look easy, and once he turned the corner on this punt return, it was all over. Stove is one of the best players in the state of Florida, and Auburn has a good one.

SEC Targets

Sam Bruce, WR, Miami commit (Ft. Lauderdale, FL): Bruce has been playing like a cheat code to start his senior year. He’s just faster than everyone and can cut on a dime. The Florida target is a candidate to flip before National Signing Day. This pass was delivered by Florida QB commit Jake Allen.

Here’s another outstanding play from Bruce:

Nate Craig-Myers, WR, Uncommitted (Tampa, FL): It’s easy to see why Nate Craig-Myers is five-star prospect after he flashes speed on this INT touchdown return. The one-time Auburn commit is looking at the Tigers, Gators and Seminoles, and things are far from over.

Kyle Davis, WR, Uncommitted (Lawrenceville, GA): Davis is down to Auburn, Georgia and Tennessee, and he makes sure everyone knows he’s elite on this screen pass that he takes to the house, breaking three tackles along the way. Davis has everything teams want in a big-time player.
