First-round NFL draft projections are usually littered with SEC players, and Pro Football Focus’ midseason rankings weren’t any different.

Fourteen SEC players appeared on PFF’s list, nearly half of the 32 first-round picks. The website currently predicts Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett to be the first overall draft selection, with the league producing five of the top 10 picks.

Twelve of the 14 prospects play defense, and Alabama owns the most projected first-rounders with four. Florida and LSU both have two projected first-rounders, good for second-most among league teams.
