With eight SEC teams hosting opponents in Week 13, several highly sought after high school prospects attended the games of schools that are heavily involved in their recruitment.

Several SEC schools that suffered tough losses this past weekend had recruits on campus for their games, and although the prospects didn’t get to see a win, they still witnessed some of college football’s greatest rivalries.

And there aren’t many rivalry games better than the Iron Bowl between Auburn and Alabama. Even though the Tigers lost this year’s installment, Auburn had several recruits on hand such as 2016 three-star wide receiver Donald Stewart, who posted this video on Twitter of the Tiger Walk before the game. You’ll notice a certain MVP-caliber NFL quarterback stroll on by.

Auburn hosted two of the top blockers in the 2018 class. Alabama native Tank Jenkins also posted a video of the Tiger Walk and Will Lawrence tweeted out a photo of himself on the field before the game.

Florida couldn’t have been happy about its 27-2 loss to in-state rival Florida State, but the Gators should be pleased with the recruits they had visit on Saturday. Mark Thompson, a 2016 running back already committed to Florida, took his official visit to Gainesville and posted this collage of photos from his visit to Twitter.

Thompson also posted this photo of himself in the Gators locker room with a few other recruits that were visiting, including 2016 four-star quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr., who is committed to Maryland but took his official visit to Gainesville. It’s a #Gator thing, you probably wouldn’t understand 🐊💯🔷🔶@eddypineiro1@D1Masseyy@dh_simba7pic.twitter.com/pgYlIHKdWx — $⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ (@MarkT_RB5) November 28, 2015 Although many thought Haskins’ trip to Florida meant a possible decommitment from Maryland could ensue, the Gators received a commitment from that same day from another 2016 four-star quarterback Feleipe’ Franks, which now makes a Haskins flip unlikely. Former Miami commit and 2016 three-star outside linebacker Josh Uche was also at the game between the Gators and Seminoles and tweeted out this photo from the field before the game.

Add Mississippi State to the list of schools that lost to its in-state rival this weekend, but the Bulldogs had perhaps the biggest recruiting visit on Saturday. Five-star defensive tackle and one of the highest rated defensive players in the 2016 class, Derrick Brown, tweeted out this photo from the Mississippi State locker room before the game.

He followed that up with another post during the Egg Bowl.

Arkansas played Missouri on Friday night and hosted two of the top junior-college offensive linemen for the game. Dwayne Wallace posted this photo of himself with Garrett Bolles from their trip.
