Which SEC teams will boast the most players on NFL rosters this year?

The SEC touts itself as one of the top developers of talented football players. Every year the SEC is well represented in the first round of the NFL Draft.

We’ve pulled the names of all active professional football players that called the SEC their home during their college years. We wanted to know which school currently has the most alumni playing in the NFL.

We found that three SEC schools (Alabama, Florida, Georgia) have 50 or more players in the NFL. Alabama has the most out of all 14 schools, with 54 players. However, Georgia is close behind with 52.

Two schools (Kentucky, Vanderbilt) have fewer than 20 players currently in the NFL. Vanderbilt has the least out of the entire conference, with 15 players.
