The Southeastern Conference already has at least one player on the first lists of national awards finalists, including Alabama safety London Collins and Ole Miss defensive back Senquez Golson both in the running for the Bronko Nagusrki Trophy, which is presented to the outstanding defensive player by the Charlotte TD Club.

Louisville’s Gorod Holliman leads the nation with 13 interceptions, ahead of Golson’s nine, while Arizona linebacker Scooby Wright leads in tackles for a loss with 12 and is third in sacks at 12.

Alabama coach Nick Saban will be the keynote speaker at the club’s awards banquet on Dec. 8 (8 p.m. ET, CBS Sports Network).
