Video: Baylor's TE, nearly a quarter-ton, looks nimble on TD reception
Baylor tight end LaQuan McGowan is a 6-foot-7, 410-pound tight end.
That’s not the typical dimensions of one of the Bears’ usually-speedy pass-catchers. But, with Baylor putting up 38 points with more than 11 minutes left in the second quarter, even players that weigh close to a half-ton look great against Kansas’ defense.
Check out the McGowan catch-and-run for yourself:
McGowan now has two career touchdown catches, and Baylor looks like a major College Football Playoff threat.
