The SEC Players of the Week honors were announced on Monday, and Alabama and LSU each had a pair of winners this week after the Crimson Tide took care of Auburn 29-13 while LSU snapped a three-game losing streak in a 19-7 win over Texas A&M.

Derrick Henry may be in position to add a massive piece of hardware at the end of the season, but for now he just keeps adding to his awards in the meantime.

Henry won his fifth award for SEC Offensive Player of the Week, more than any player in the conference after his 271 rushing yards in the Iron Bowl, which helped him set numerous records.

Henry has rushed for at least 200 yards in four of his last six games, tying Bo Jackson (1985) and Herschel Walker (1980) as the only SEC players to reach that mark four times in a given season.

Here’s a look at the rest of the award winners for Week 13:
Defense: Deion Jones, LB, LSU
Special Teams: Adam Griffith, PK, Alabama
Freshman: Arden Key, DE, LSU
Offensive Line: Kyler Kerbyson, OL, Tennessee
Co-Defensive Line: Robert Nkemdiche, DT, Ole Miss
Co-Defensive Line: Deatrich Wise Jr., DE, Arkansas

Tennessee’s Kyler Kerbyson led a Vols offensive line that helped the team rush for 331 yards, its most vs. an SEC team in a non-overtime game since 1994 (406 vs Vanderbilt). Meanwhile, the Vols didn’t allow a sack for the second week in a row.

Two players shared the award for defensive linemen of the week. Ole Miss’ Robert Nkemdiche led an Ole Miss defense that sacked Mississippi State QB Dak Prescott 7 times, a season-high for the Rebels.

And Arkansas DE Deatrich Wise Jr. has been on an absolute tear recently. He’s got a sack in four straight games, totaling 8 over that span. He leads the conference with 8 sacks in league play. He also forced a fumble for the second straight game in last week’s contest against Missouri.
