Gamecocks land DB Rashad Fenton, final remaining target

Rashad Fenton, a three-star cornerback out of Miami, has signed with South Carolina over finalists Florida and Louisville.

Fenton announced his decision on Twitter before faxing his LOI from the International Bowl in Texas:
