Garnet helmets are back at South Carolina.

For the first time in nearly two decades, the Gamecocks will wear garnet helmets in today’s game against unbeaten and top-ranked Clemson:

This marks the second time South Carolina has worn an alternate look under interim coach Shawn Elliott. South Carolina wore its white shells with an alternate ‘Tailfeather’ decal earlier this month against Florida.
