South Carolina made a big addition to its 2017 recruiting class on Sunday when three-star OL Jordan Rhodes pledged his allegiance to the Gamecocks.

Rhodes, a Georgia native, took an official visit to the school’s campus this weekend and committed before leaving.

According to Rivals.com, the 6-foot-6, 300-pound lineman chose South Carolina over other SEC schools like Mississippi State and Missouri.

According to 247Sports, Rhodes is the No. 116 offensive tackle in the class of 2017 and the No. 131 overall recruit from the state of Georgia.
