Allowing sportsbooks to take bets on draft prop odds for the first time this year adds another level of intrigue to the 2017 draft. Instead of just playing the waiting game like all the draft’s prospects, fans now have the chance to put money on their projections.

According to Inside Las Vegas Pregame Founder RJ Bell, money has come flooding in on North Carolina quarterback Mitch Trubisky to go No. 1 overall. Is this simply all part of the drama, or have sharp gamblers caught wind of something before the general public?

According to Bell, Trubisky’s odds have dropped considerably since Wednesday, while Garrett’s have taken a hit come draft day.

If Cleveland is in fact interested in taking the ACC quarterback over the feared SEC pass rusher, word on the street is out. However, if the Browns have floated that rumor out just to hide their ultimate motives, consider this a job well done by the organization. Either way, Myles Garrett has to be sweating his options as his stock continues to fade with the draft just hours away.

We’ll find out either way when the 2017 NFL Draft kicks off 8 p.m. ET. The draft can be viewed on both ESPN and NFL Network.
