Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett has been named one of four finalists for the Lombardi Award.

The Lombardi Award is given to the nation’s top offensive lineman, defensive lineman or linebacker.

This season, Garrett has made 50 tackles and 17 tackles for loss. The sophomore is tied for fourth in the nation with 10.5 sacks for the Aggies (7-3).

The other Lombardi Award finalists are Clemson’s Shaq Lawson, Ohio State’s Joey Bosa and Penn State’s Carl Nassib. All of them are defensive linemen. Lawson has 16.5 tackles for loss and 7.5 sacks, Bosa has 15 tackles for loss and four sacks and Nassib leads the nation with 15.5 sacks, while making 31 tackles.
