Former Texas A&M DE Michael Bennett was in no mood for silly questions following the Seattle Seahawks’ 36-20 loss to the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC Divisional Playoffs on Saturday evening.

Atlanta QB Matt Ryan had a big game, throwing for 338 yards and three touchdowns. That caused one reporter to ask Bennett about Seattle’s lack of a pass rush.

Needless to say, Bennett did not take kindly to the question and went on a very NSFW rant.

Bennett’s rant can be overheard in the above video, but the folks at USA TODAY transcribed the interaction and what Bennett said:

“Don’t point (at us) and say we didn’t do what we needed to do, OK? Don’t do that, OK? Get out of my face now. Don’t tell me I didn’t do my job, mother——. Get the (expletive) out of my face. Like I said, get out of my face.

“Don’t play with me! I just put my heart on the (expletive) field! Don’t play with me. Get the —- out of my face! Try me again and see what happens. I ain’t one of these mother—— . Don’t tell me what I didn’t do, mother——.

“We lost the game! That’s the NFL, you non-playing mother——! What you do with your life? What you do with your lifetime mother——? What injury you play through? What adversity you went through?”

Bennett recorded one of Seattle’s three sacks in the game, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Seahawks to a win. Atlanta will face the winner of Sunday’s matchup between the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys.
