During fall camp, many top college football programs bring in celebrities and other big names to speak to their teams.

This weekend, the Texas A&M Aggies brought in ESPN basketball analyst Jay Williams to share a powerful message with the squad.

As you can see below, Williams talks about the importance of loving to work, making the players consider their legacy and what they’d leave behind if they could no longer play the game:

Williams was the No. 2 overall pick by the Chicago Bulls in the 2002 NBA Draft. A motorcycle accident severely hampered his playing career, but he has reinvented himself as one of ESPN’s top analysts.

He certainly has a powerful message to share, and it seems the Aggies enjoyed hearing him speak.
