Tennessee has lost one of its 2020 commitments.

Cornelius, North Carolina WR Antonio Barber tweeted Sunday that he was backing off his pledge to the Volunteers. His commitment lasted roughly 11 months, as he originally pledged on April 27, 2018.

Listed at 182 pounds and just under 6-feet, Barber is rated the No. 16 North Carolina product, No. 90 wide receiver and No. 501 prospect overall in the 2020 class on the 247Sports Composite. His primary recruiter is Brian Niedermeyer.

Barber visited N.C. State’s Junior Day on Feb. 23, 2019 and received an offer from the Wolfpack that day. He visited N.C. State again in March. Barber says the Vols will remain in the picture to land his signature.
