We are just a day away from Jeremy Pruitt’s first Orange & White spring game as Tennessee coach and the program has officially announced the rosters for the upcoming game.

Based on the breakdown of the rosters, the Orange team features Tennessee’s “first-string” offense and “second-team” defense while the White team features the “first-string” defense and “second-team” offense. Obviously, no starting spots have been determined by the coaching staff at this time but Pruitt has acknowledged several times that the spring game will be “good on good,” meaning the projected starters on one side of the ball versus the other projected starters on the other side of the ball.

The game will follow traditional rules and scoring formats, gone are the days of incoherent scoring and displays of arm talent by throwing into buckets and nets, and is expected to be as close as a simulation as possible to a game in the fall.
