Tennessee's top-ranked receiver in 2017 class commits to Vols
Tee Higgins, a four-star receiver in the 2017 class, committed to Tennessee on Monday, the second top-rated player to commit to the Vols in as many days.

Higgins is the No. 1 player at his position in Tennessee (Oak Ridge). At 6-foot-4, 175 pounds, Higgins brings possession skills to a talented young receiving corps for the Vols.
