Video: Tennessee DT Kahlil McKenzie Jr. displays super strength in weight room
Talk about a wonder in the weight room.
Tennessee defensive tackle Kahlil McKenzie Jr. posted a video to Instagram on Friday that shows off his iron savvy. Check out the clip below, appropriately labeled, “Savage Mode!!”
McKenzie is a true sophomore this season, and he’s looking for a breakout year. Obviously, the talent is there, and it’s tough for any defensive tackle to have a monster freshman season.
McKenzie made one sack for five yards last year, but we fully expect those numbers to improve dramatically in 2016.
If that video doesn’t get your orange blood pumping for the season, not much will.
