Will Vanderbilt make some noise in the SEC East this year?

The Commodores return one of the best defenses in the conference, and with a steady Kyle Shurmur at quarterback, Vanderbilt could sneak up on some teams this year. Ralph Webb is looking to eclipse the 1,000-yard mark again in 2016, and it should be fun watching him run against good defense.

Teams can’t just show up and win against Vanderbilt like in years past, and another solid year of building and improvement for Derek Mason and company, Vandy is primed to upset a team it isn’t supposed to.

SEC Network analysts Matt Stinchcomb and Jordan Rodgers predicted the Commodores’ win-loss for 2016.
